What exactly is Waalaxy?
Waalaxy is a multi-channel prospecting Chrome extension developed by Waapi, a French company based in Montpellier. The tool automates your LinkedIn and email campaigns from a single interface, without requiring technical skills.
The principle: you import prospects from LinkedIn Search or Sales Navigator, configure an automated sequence (invitation, message, follow-up), and Waalaxy executes everything while respecting LinkedIn's limits. The tool can handle up to 800 invitations per month while simulating human behavior to avoid restrictions.
Formerly known as ProspectIn, Waalaxy has evolved toward a multi-channel approach by integrating email enrichment via DropContact. You can therefore reach your prospects first on LinkedIn, then by email if they don't respond.

LinkedIn automation
Waalaxy offers over 99 pre-configured sequences that cover common use cases: sales prospecting, recruiting, partnerships. Each sequence combines profile visits, personalized invitations, and follow-up messages with optimized timing.

Email Finder and cold emailing
Integration with DropContact (renamed Email Finder in Waalaxy) allows you to retrieve professional emails of your LinkedIn prospects. The find rate varies between 40 and 70% depending on sectors, with large companies being better covered.
Once emails are retrieved, you launch email campaigns directly from Waalaxy. The tool manages email sequences with the same logic as LinkedIn: follow-up messages, stopping conditions if response received, advanced personalization.
Unified inbox and CRM integrations
The centralized inbox groups all your LinkedIn and email conversations. You can tag prospects, schedule reminders, and use response templates. Native integrations with HubSpot and Pipedrive allow you to automatically synchronize qualified prospects.
2026 pricing
Waalaxy offers three plans. All prices are per user per month.
- Free: a few invitations per week, no Email Finder, no multi-step sequences. Useful for testing the interface.
- Advanced (€56/month): 800 LinkedIn invitations/month, 25 Email Finder credits, advanced sequences, Cloud mode (active campaigns with PC off), CRM integrations.
- Business (€80/month): everything in Advanced plan + complete email campaigns, more enrichment credits. Recommended for a multi-channel LinkedIn + email strategy.
Team plans do not offer volume discounts. Two Business accounts cost €160, exactly double.

Who Waalaxy is for
Waalaxy is designed for B2B sales reps, consultants, agencies, and recruiters who regularly prospect on LinkedIn (at least 50 contacts per week). The tool is particularly relevant if you have clearly defined personas and want to automate repetitive tasks without sacrificing personalization.
On the other hand, if you prospect occasionally or target B2C, the minimum investment of €56 per month will be difficult to justify. For a volume under 200 contacts monthly, manual prospecting remains more suitable.
